By registering your child for Cute Baby Contest India, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
By registering in the contest, parents or legal guardians agree to follow all contest rules, voting policies and platform guidelines.
This is a paid baby photo contest . The applicable registration fee must be paid during registration.
Once the registration has been successfully completed, the registration fee is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically approved by the organizer or required by applicable law.
Children aged between 0 to 12 years are eligible to participate in the contest, subject to the rules of the respective contest.
Registration must be completed by the child's parent or legal guardian.
The submitted baby photograph may be displayed publicly on the contest website, contestant profile, winner gallery and official promotional platforms for contest-related purposes.
The parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the necessary rights and permission to submit the photograph.
To maintain a fair contest, fraudulent or manipulated voting is strictly prohibited.
Suspicious or invalid votes may be removed. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent disqualification.
All votes and eligible entries may be reviewed before the final result is declared.
The organizer reserves the right to verify contestant information and voting activity before confirming a winner.
The organizer's decision regarding vote validation, eligibility and final winner verification shall be final, subject to applicable law.
If a participant is selected in the Title Winner category, the prize will be dispatched only after the verification process has been successfully completed.
Winners in the Title Winner category are required to pay the applicable delivery/shipping charges. The prize will be shipped only after the delivery charges have been received.
Digital certificates, where applicable, will be provided according to the contest rules.
The organizer reserves the right to verify participant details before dispatching any prize.
A participant may be disqualified if false information, fraudulent voting, inappropriate content, duplicate entries or any activity intended to unfairly influence the contest result is detected.
By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the authority to register the child and that the information provided is accurate.
The parent or legal guardian also confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Cute Baby Contest India reserves the right to modify contest rules, contest dates, voting periods, prizes, eligibility requirements or other contest details when reasonably necessary.
The organizer may reject entries, remove invalid votes, suspend participation or cancel an entry when required to protect the fairness and integrity of the contest.
Information submitted during registration may be used for contest administration, verification, communication, voting, certificate generation, prize distribution and other contest-related purposes.
Reasonable measures will be taken to protect the information submitted by participants.
The organizer shall not be responsible for temporary website downtime, server issues, internet connectivity problems, payment gateway failures or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
